DEFINITION OF CHAKRAS:
Psychic centers, wheels serving as transformers,
receiving centers for incoming energy and forces.

CHAKRA BLOCKAGES

COSMIC ENERGY

Cosmic Energy starts in the "Golden Triangle" - the upper three Chakras
(Crown, Third Eye, and Throat) and infuses in the neurological/nervous system.
It then flows down through the Chakras to the Base/Root Chakra where the
energy is grounded. Then, if not blocked, it flows back up through the
Chakras again to the Crown Chakra completing an "energy cycle."

Imbalances in the Chakras block the energy flow back up (not the flow down)
and this not only effects the physical health of the body, but also the
harmony and alignment of the spiritual self.

FIRST CHAKRA
Base/Root * Location: Base of Spine
Blockages: Feelings of self-shame, unworthiness. Lack of understanding
one's functions. Fear, anger, being threathened. Insecurity, materialism,
possessiveness, strong will and egotism.

SECOND CHAKRA:
Sexual * Location: Reproductive Organs
Blockages: Feelings of guilt, sinning, lust. Conflict, confusion, concern.
Fear of being uncreative and unproductive.

THIRD CHAKRA
Solar Plexus * Location: Solar Plexus
Blockages: Feelings of emotional upset involving personal power and the ego.
Abuse, misuse or non-use of personal power. Insecurity, neediness, possessiveness.

FOURTH CHAKRA:
Heart * Location: Heart
Blockages: Feelings of unlove for self. Closed-off heart.
Jealousy, depravation of attention.

FIFTH CHAKRA:
Throat * Location: Throat
Blockages: Ill feelings toward others, judgmental, resentment, bitterness.
Rejection, alienation, misunderstood. Fear of speaking the truth.
Pleasing others at cost of self. Frustration in any form of communication.

SIXTH CHAKRA:
Third Eye * Location: Center of Forehead
Blockages: Blocked incoming or outgoing thoughts. Not being able to
outwardly express inner vision, idealism, imagination.

SEVENTH CHAKRA:
Crown * Location: Top of Head
Blockages: Not in touch with higher self. Right brain energy not in use.
Harboring of dark or negative emotions and feelings.
